Our brand is rooted in the tie between our founder’s journey through her career & life.

Just the same as the arduous labor of winemaking produces a unique story in a bottle, she discovered that life’s own pains can unfold into a good & fruitful future.

The vine endures the harsh shifting seasons, forcing roots deep to search for water and nutrients, or creating a thick protective bark on the canes in the winter months. We too adapt to the seasons of life to protect ourselves and become a stronger version than we were the season before.

This philosophy ties the struggles of winemaking to the universal human experience.

Meet the Founder

Faith has worked with wineries all over the world, from her college town of Indiana to Greece. She has focused a majority of her winemaking craft in Oregon. She earned a post-grad certificate in Distillation, Wine, and Brewing Sciences from the University of Kentucky.

Now, based in Louisville Kentucky, she is proud to bring her brand home. She believes exceptional wine begins with exceptional fruit, shaped by both the vineyard & winemaker. Good Pain wines are crafted to shine young, yet possess the structure to age gracefully. The fruit is from estate vineyards in Southern Oregon’s Rogue Valley AVA.

Specializing in Alsatian-style whites and a signature Pinot Noir, she brings fine Oregon wines to the Kentucky commonwealth.
